Who makes the pillow covers?

I do! All pillow covers are sewn by me from my sewing room in Southeast Texas.

Where do you find your vintage textiles and items?

I travel all over Texas and the Mid West to find vintage textiles and unique decor. Using vintage textiles and decor to create an atmosphere of coziness and calm in your home. Estate sales, flea markets, garage sales, antique shops, auctions, and donations from friends are where I find these treasures!

I am thinking of purchasing an item, but would like more photos/information about it. Is this possible?

Are my payments secure? How do I pay?

You can pay with PayPal, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, Shop Pay or credit card. My store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you.


Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. For more information, please read the Privacy Policy located at the bottom of this page or on the Check Out page.

What is ShopPay?

Buy now, Pay Later. When you choose Shop Pay at checkout for orders between $50 USD and $1000 USD, you can pay in full or split your purchase into 4 equal, 0% interest installment payments - with no additional, hidden, or late fees. The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards. 

What is this store's return policy?

I will accept returns* if you notify me within 3 days of receiving item. Please ship item in original package within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees are not refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

*PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased through a Sale are final sales. No returns since these items are on sale.

Vintage and handmade items are unique. There might be small flaws or signs of age. I take great care and pride in my shop and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Feel free to contact me with any questions before purchase!

 

What is the policy for items damaged during shipping?

In the case of a shipment arriving damaged, please contact me immediately for instructions. For me to file a claim, I will need photos of the damage which can be emailed to me within 3 days of receiving item. Please retain the contents you received and all the associated packing materials until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office for inspection later. Please do not reship the package unless instructed by me.

Once I have been reimbursed by USPS, Fedex or whatever shipper used, I will issue a refund for the purchase price of the damaged item. According to the USPS website, domestic claims are usually paid within 30 days.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

No, at this time I am not shipping worldwide. Please contact me for shipping cost if you are interested in purchasing.

 

How long until I receive my order?

I will ship 3-5 business days from order completion.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

I use USPS, FedEx and UPS depending on price and size of item. If there are any additional costs they will be added to the listing. Please let me know if you prefer an option before purchasing.

 All packages are insured and will have a tracking number sent to the buyer, via email shipping notification.
