This beautiful pillow cover is made out of vintage striped indigo African Burkina Faso fabric and backed with blue cotton denim. The African textile has been lined with a 100% cotton fabric. The pillow has a hidden zipper. All seams are overlocked and serged.

Pillow is displayed with a 20 x 36 King size bed pillow . *PILLOW INSERT NOT INCLUDED*

DIMENSIONS: 18" x 34"

CONDITION: All fabrics are washed before sewing. The vintage indigo textile was made by hand stitching strips of fabric together. Care is advised when using.

Tips for Plump looking Pillows

I recommend filling your pillow cover with an insert that is 1-2 inches larger than the cover size. For example, I fill my 20" x 20" pillow covers with 22" x 22'" pillow inserts. I sew my lumbar pillow covers 1-2 inches smaller than the insert I plan on using. A bigger insert will fill out the cover and look plump.

Pillow Inserts

There are many different types of pillow inserts to choose from. I use down alternative inserts. They are made with polyester fibers that are designed to mimic feather down pillows. Down alternative pillow inserts are hypoallergenic and are usually less expensive than down feathered inserts.
